Assumption of perfect information

It’s not the case.
If this were the case, there would be no point to the examination system as you would know what is in the examination papers.
In fact, it’s weird some people get blamed for information they don’t know.
And in Pokémon Competitive Battles, the opponent’s move choices and move weighings are a game of imperfect information; that’s one of its interesting points.

Educated guessing

Thus, the assumption is born. For example, the first question in a Physics Theory is Mechanics and the last question is Nuclear Physics, as it is the case each year. Usually, it comes from looking at previous situations. For instance, Pokémon metagames usually get more and more stable over time. However, I don’t trust the Examination Board guess papers, because I just think it’s a way to take advantage of fragile humans, and it’s likely just a random set of questions that cover the syllabus broadly.
