I have an idea that when things are bad, change is good, and vice versa. But not all the time; it relies on accurately predicting reality. For instance, I thought in Form 4-6, exam-focused classes would reduce the noise level. But not really.

"I'll change" excuse

It's weak because the future cannot be guaranteed, and more than often humans continue their same ways. Most of all even if it was true you cannot demonstrate future you would be different than the past RIGHT NOW.

Change adaptation to software

Reactance: Most is not their choice. Software developers' choices.
Sometimes they clean up features they actually used: Loss aversion.
Status quo, yet it's needed for innovation.
Over time, some may get used to it.

Eczema

Changing just a little. But it is good to save money for the dooms of the future. Technically, eczema is livable, but paradoxically this increases guilt, because skincare blurs the line between a need and a want, and it is a recurring cost.
