In having a factor like grades or university-degree be overwhelming some may deny its importance and focus on "skills" instead. But "UNFORTUNATELY" it really is not that case you can demonstrate skills on a CV/Interview without evidence (i.e. most stuff left in the brain like learning is left invisible to the recruiter/interviewer.)
