Dreams are interesting sometimes, as long as you can keep them in lucid state, and the science of dreams isn't even known well (if at all) to this day, so it can be fascinating to see what happened.
This is a case of nested dreams (dreams within a dream)

Context:
1.Today (technically yesterday) after school, so tired that I slept from ~5:30PM to 12:10AM, I awakened and did work (CV stuff +other non-academic stuff))/ or AI chatting  until ~3:15AM
2. Dad was concerned, told me to actually sleep and that my sleep has some problems, but my MOM clashes with his ideas and said that whatever works best works best (for me). Dad said to leave the arguing until tomorrow as it’s nighttime already and Dad thus told me to do work and gave me his charger to charge my laptop, but I didn’t use it

3. At ~4AM, I slept again, woken up at ~5:45AM, and then I wrote this down because dreams are quickly forgotten.

Context #2
Basically, there were three layers of my dream
Layer A: Dreaming about things that can happen (or actually did) in real life even if unlikely
Layer B: Dreaming about falling into a dream, in the “transition period”?
Layer C: Dreaming about things that won’t happen in the real world.

The first one:
Dad was concerned about why I was sleeping on a bed so late, being so naughty to sleep schedules, and stuff.
I was indeed sleeping and then suddenly my bed fell off or something and then re-installed itself (basically moving chaotically), it was clearly defying physics yet I am unharmed, and felt something supernatural
In a dream, yet observation: I am lying on a bed.
Right within the moment of falling asleep, I experienced a “heart attack” when I lost control and the fact my hand was on my heart and then I felt an extremely hard-to-describe force that felt like my heart was "distorting into a swirl" and “help help help” At that moment I realized that I basically cannot scream for help due to loss of voice and consciousness, and thus nobody would actually be able to help with such problems. I could actually be dead. Could be sleep paralysis.

I eventually escaped. Though I’m not sure whether I actually did wake up for real.

The second one:

I had a vision of getting out of my house.
When I was in the elevator, a stranger asked for me to carry their baby while she is getting something else out (I forgot what) as if she has known me before
At the lobby? The window suddenly opens. I suddenly spread my hands like a bird and zoomed right through. I suddenly felt like I had escaped the “cage” of my life and had freedom as I was flying in the skies. I tried hard to not wake up, and this time I actually succeeded in not canceling my lucid dream. I think I flied to familiar places without landing, and then a new "restaurant-area"/ shopping mall-ish place. However, I lost my flight ability after a while.
I think I felt “true freedom” at that time. Went inside a hotpot restaurant, but realized that this is no ordinary occasion just to get food so I continued moving, Suddenly I saw my teachers as if they were there coincidentally, and I realized that it was suddenly a rare opportunity that I can “envision” what people would be like if they actually talked to me (I am incredibly solitude-type when in real life). But while walking on escalator the teachers just said things they said in daily life like “Shut your mouth, respectfully” (math teacher) and “Aayush is a pain to deal with (?)”(business teacher). Well I think there were other talks, but I didn’t remember them. Though I did know that even though there was human bias, the brain likes to experience things it rarely does, so it felt great.

Did dream “emotional reset” after tough day lol what the hell

Welp and then I thought I woke up. I was in utter disbelief as I suddenly was on a chair lying on the table and then waking up like I was napping in school yet I was at home. The charger was BURNT and DESTROYED from (excessive stretching or broken by a fire?) And also there somehow were earphones blasting music in my ears, and I wondered how I even fell asleep in the first place, and whether it was utter unawareness.

And then I woke up for real. What a relief, never felt so fresh and ready in probably my years of sleeping. Probably because it was 9 hours in total that day (technically 2 but shush).

Dreams: a place where my imaginations fly, it’s so fine, it possesses the freedom one lacks in real life with such a flawed humanity. And actually I wonder how I can tell whether I am actually awake, or if life was a simulation all along yet I don’t know, or how many nested dreams I am really in.

Well well well I also wonder whether problems are the essence of life. There are people that can dream all day, in fact, others’ unpredictability as they are controlled by their own will - it’s one of the biggest obstacles of humans, ironically for social creatures.

Thus I wrote this down so that it won’t fade from memory, and really, dreams might be preparing for the worst case, but sleeping well it’s also a good thing that most school people actually lack due to desire for freedom. Of course I have it too. But I might need to “fix” it. I actually had a pretty lucid dream this time lol. Perhaps, unforgettable, yet I already forgot most of it due to psychological phenomena. :)
