Where you can say whatever you want. Some places have this, some
places don't have. This is autonomy! This is free will!
However, watch out! Even if it is legal, it may not be accepted in schools or at
work.
On a more technical level, you CAN say whatever you want (freedom of
speech), but your freedom AFTER that (freedom after speech) may be
questionable. The one good thing I can say about that is that it won’t
actually affect the daily operations of the majority of the people as
long as they remain sensible, as some teenagers sometimes try to push
the boundaries for no reason.
