Gratitude journaling

You may notice things that you treat like a given. I think this is true to an extent, but... it's way too oversaid, especially as a silver lining when evil occurs. Still, theoretically, it can work, if you want to... admire the past for your own reasons.

How dare you!

Coerced, WHEN YOU FORCE IT, I don’t think it works because you literally can’t FORCE REAL GRATITUDE AT A SPECIFIC MOMENT.
Plus, it implies you can only journal about the good. Education system "mental health" "support" "awareness"...
But when gratitude comes, it does come.
Is it tied to low expectations? I think so?!
Or is it curing uncertainties? I think so too!?
Hmm… Is it even useful though?
Neutral I would say, if it is a free will. If a school forces me to be grateful, I literally stop because it becomes BAD EMOTIONAL LABOR.

Force positivity is one of the worst things ever. “Just be positive.” “You should smile more” Should be dumped into the trash can of antilogic, for it is something of unrealistic expectations and antipragmatism (it literally doesn’t work!).
Well, the justification is: a human can only feel as much “genuine” gratitude as they do naturally, any more, like others saying “you should be MORE grateful (implying compared to the level of what the listener’s amount of gratitude is now, society expects a higher amount) is coerced gratitude, which usually is not “real” gratitude.
