This is where the ultimate fall for many people occurs.
After school or work, the exhausted brain wants to go on social media (most of which did come from social media). I think that saying this is pleasure-seeking or an addiction is that the other person feels bad about not doing "real work", even when "real work" hours are over! In fact the fact there is unpaid "overtime" for students in the form of homework is truly criminal. In such a system, people will inevitably have to do extra work, if it is forced. Most of the time, especially among those who complain, is that IT IS REAL. As such in order to prevent themselves from saying they "just hate it" they try to blame the end innocent cause of pleasure-seeking. They are not a robot. They are human. Yet it is sad it has to be this way...
