The more stigmatized form of solitude.

Personally, I won't take loneliness or lack of "connections" or "networking skills" as a personality trait. It sadly is dependent on others cooperating, which is paradoxical given inherent human biases and the need to value the person themselves, not the number of "followers" they have, etc. We get taught not to conform, but then loneliness is stigmatized, which is a gigantic sociological paradox.
