Where people have equal power, and the merit of a decision is based on how much it fits Brain Science (eg Biolgical will to live, need for Novelty, preventing stress from Psychology...)

It does have its flaws, eg isnt the one that determines suitability brain science, another subjective human being? Like (If it was democracy voting) adults would yet again think school is essential.
Also, will the smartest people be Machiavellian too?

However, perhaps it prevents stupid decisions?

Perhaps the leaders will finally be able to understand? Doesn't the goal of fitting brain science turn into Status quo bias or democracy?
