The exact mechanisms used by Hitler and North Korea - propaganda the minds to stop oppression by tricking them into thinking the situation is better than they are - while having total authority rule, setting all the ridiculous rules of revelation and blaming personal qualities if failed to be fulfilled. Almost all evils use this! Uncombatable! Child depressed when technology taken away, government making rules that basically affirm itself in a loop (by stopping dissent)..
Parent v.s. child; teacher v.s. student, government v.s. citizens - it only takes one thing to go wrong for chaos to break out because it affects so many people. The only thing is that they are just good enough to avoid being rioted.
Might be brain immaturity or experience at a job.
If a lower-ranking person is at the mercy of a higher-ranking person who will reject appeals to keep their power and demands no matter what, by definition, it is an unbeatable system. And then in unbeatableness all blame gets shifted to the sufferer in the form of victim-blaming due to cognitive dissonance from the just-world fallacy. I am shocked it is this easy.
The bottom line is that the bottom is treated as trash. It appears equal because everyone has "opportunity", but, really, it's not equal when it's chosen by a man with no consequences to fear. Treating the youth, or the recently joined employees like trash is indeed the root of evil, arguably for the people that need the most protection against such things and the causal brain development damage.

least power even if their brains are functioning normally and you go to
school, just to go
to uni, just to go to work....
Those are also the people whose brains need to be protected during development at all costs. Despite many years of evolution, life might be getting worse - and we blame it on the kids and not the adults who impose such power in the first place!
