Problems of praising the effort, not the actual acts/outcome:
Assumes the method works in the first place, unlike spacing effort
Winners and losers both exert effort.
Dismiss all who sad abt poor performance (situations where too much weight might be put on that)
"Hustle culture" of appearing busy.
