Why do I go to the same restaurants over and over?

Status quo bias
Lack of knowledge of the unknown (restaurants I have never been to before)
Fear of high prices (psychologically high prices lead to perception of quality, but it’s more so just a marketing trick; in fact, the quantity of high price restaurants tends to be lower which defeats the primary purpose of eating: to be full)
Time-efficiency: Going to the nearest restaurants saves time for other things, like how much sweat is emitted from walking long distances (which is dangerous for my sweat) or transportation costs.
Lack of need to change this: Seriously, I think there’s nothing wrong with it. My Dad tells me to discover “new things” as they can be great, but I also think there’s an equal risk of wasted money and disgust
