Yeah, its a bit of THEIR BRAINWASHING METHOD - instead of "I am the dictator and you follow my rules unconditionally" Its like "Your identity is of this school so you have to be disclipined and respect everyone!" Classic brainwashing.

In fact if you force the brian to change its identity the exact repetition of hatred occurs. Thats why even videos that tell u to change your identity to brain wash self dont work.

One reason might be that when it inevitably fails you will self-blame because identity is rleated to ego too - which reinforces cycle of dissatisifcation wit hself and behaviors.

Researchers might be measuring tone - or the fact that output is shaped by mind - but that isnt the problem when the problem is reality itself.
