Occurs even to those who barely, if at all, socialize - it is due to school or work - most common in teenagers - affecting sleep. Big problem that has no good fix unless policies change! And the term is slightly misleading - although school and work are indeed social things - in that it involves other people - jetlag frames it as a personal choice - like in going to vacations. This trivializes the problem of sleep deprivation - in that it is evidence-based to be practically uncontrollable! And don't think that they are just missing a secret pill to recovery - if there is sleep advice, yet tons of teenagers still have sleep deprivation, it is a cause for concern that society might be burdening them too much in the first place!!
