Privacy

How well can your personal information remain personal, and not be used for e.g., AI training purposes? Child privacy is societally considered quite important.
It is usually done by "information asymmetry" (in a good way?)
A sign of power and uncertainty, and also is seen as a bit unfair, but it needs to remain for the sake of functional systems and human privacy.
It's now become company jargon, however, most don't read Privacy Policy (and lie about it). Your information may be sold to third parties. :)

Privacy and Age Verifications

Pragmatically, if online, most people bypass it. For instance, forced ID verification causes lots of public relations damage and privacy concerns if information is leaked by other people.
However, even out of that, having a set number, arbitrarily, might be a bit unfair. As humans do mature at different rates. Still, it can be a shortcut, as maturity is usually hard to know.

How to ensure it

Technically, the best thing is to store everything in your hard drive, stop socializing, and stop posting on social media, and STOP USING GOOGLE CHROME! (I wouldn't have made this Wiki if I cared fully about my Privacy!) But, I know that's torture for most of you, psychologically speaking. So just minimize how much you do it, and selectively choose what information to let others see.

Media bias here?

The media, yet again, posts about the worst cases, for instance, leaks, like credit card mass-compromises.
But general philosophical ideas should be fine for the public to read. Because I doubt anyone would use such an intellectual for a malicious purpose! What a relief.
