A set of standards that an individual is expected to adhere to in a workplace, usually to appear "respectful". Some are logical, like not yelling and treating customers kindly, but some are just cultural yet illogical, like choking the neck with a piece of fabric (ties). To achieve it, literally follow everyone else (though it removes individuality; it is what it is)
