Schooling amnesia

A big problem, for example, in parenting and scientific research... Basically, once you finish the education system, you forget about it: how hard it was, and selectively only choose the things you want to remember (friends, etc.). This is likely because it does not stress you out anymore. This is also linked to survivorship bias. As such, the impacts of schooling tend not to be understood well enough by researchers (who, to get working rights, already have to have passed school) compared to those who are still in school!
