Speaking less

Sometimes, it can actually be better to speak less. Evidence: doomscrolling short videos on social media is popular to human hedonism. Well, in reality, people are drawn to the unknown, and having lots of information publicly available means fewer would be interested in being close to you.
E.g., governments kept the Epstein files secret for a long time. And also, listening to others (and taking note of what they say) can make you gain information, while speaking can potentially distribute unwanted information to others. I also heard that people will trust you less if you overexplain, because it signals low confidence to the point that you need lots of information to try to convince the listener.
