Basically, trying to be objective and not be skewed or fall to human bias.
Not taking sides in a conflict, dispute, or war, often involving impartiality and non-alignment. Usually, neutrality is ethnically and morally neutral by definition, yet sometimes it is seen as cold or indecisive. And on social media, where the extremes are supreme, it is rarely considered as it doesn’t ragebait or make people excited.
Strangers are not strange; they are neutral.
This was a thought from a while ago.
They would be neutral to you (or rather affected by the first impression) as they don't really have much else they know about you. This is assuming though, you can talk to a stranger without them ignoring you, because they are probably outside for a purpose.
Ignoring the fact that neutral is impossible mathematically, however, their thoughts themselves are probably not neutral. It's just that we project the normal towards them because we don't know them much - so it goes both ways!
